The design of the ultimate is fine. Doesn't really fit her jellyfish theme thus far, but still an ocean theme, so it's fine.

Definitely not what I was expecting, though. XD

Interesting, so today's enemy was Cthyllamon which is the evil counterpart of MarinAngemon... you know, I'm starting to see a trend here... first we got Kuzuhamon, then we got Lilithmon, and now we got Cthyllamon, all of these dark Digimons being the evil counterparts of their holy evolutions... I feel like this might be a massive hint of what's to come.

Also, I was not expecting Amphimon's design being like that, and her personality is pretty much a gyaru mixed with Sailor Moon... and I love her for that! Really good display of power as well and nice fight scene against Cthyllamon, so now we finally have all megas and we're at the 60th episode mark... I guess we need to wait and see if shit hits the fan down the line with this whole "The One" thing.

And the design is basically old school scuba gear gone Kamen Rider

Lilithmon and Cthyllamon are evil counterparts of Ofanimon and Marin Angemon, but I don't think that Kuzuhamon is necessarily evil counterpart of Sakuyamon.
Amphimon is amazing. She is mixture of Jellymon, Tesla Jellymon and Thetismon.
Yes, this is 60th episode and I believe that main plot is waiting for us in next episodes.

According to lore only the strongest fox digimon can evolve into Sakuyamon, otherwise they become Kuzuhamon. Technically the two are slide evolutions to each other. Kuzuhamon is also one of the Three Gods of Destruction.
Oh and Ancient Sphinxmon can also be considered a dark counterpart to Ancient Garurumon.

I like both series though. Everyone who saw me watching Kamen Rider series said the same thing “what kind of childish power rangers series are you watching ?” and I say the same thing every time “it’s not power rangers series it’s kamen rider series” and I get the same reply “I don’t see any difference” and that makes me annoyed and I tell them the same thing every time “don’t judge something you never even watched” 😒

Wow, never knew you can make MarineAngemon's silhouette look creepy, it does look like a ghost. This is an interesting monster, it's like an evil Manaphy/Phione, then again all 4 monsters are based on the sea-rabbit/sea-angel.

Amphimon is Samus and Big Sister from both Metroid and Bioshock 2 respectively.

I mean, of course, digimon is always behind the mess, so saying "maybe" or "probably" just doesn't make any sense.

Amphimon's personality is interesting. It's like mixing a bit of Jellymon's mischievous personality with a bit of Thetismon's personality. xD

1. Cthyllamon looks like a evil twin of MarineAngemon I wouldn’t be surprised if she was his sister😆😆😆

2. I think I finally figured out why GulusGammamon keeps talking about Synchronizing with Hiro when he comes out. Because he wants to Evolve. if that’s true than I may throw away my theory that Gulus and Gammamon will split from each other

3. If the next episode is about resurrection then who do you guys think is the Digimon?I’m thinking either Angemon or Devimon.

Maybe a different Myotismon appears and is playing around with the dead, and the Ghost Gamers think it's the one CanoWeissmon fought. Then again, it could be a Devimon or LadyDevimon looking for amusement.

this season is a themed park of nostalgia, I lost count on how many digimon from previous seasons appeared up till now... for me its a big win...

Gotta love how Thetismon's alt art card actually predicted this ep months ago or was the card was the inspiration for the ep?
Personality is interesting, like a mix of magical girl/sentai performance shows, which fits with Kiyo's personality and shows how much they've influenced each other.
Still it feels like a downgrade from Thetismon but what does it make her new role then? She's no longer the team medic.

Not really, with "Umbre defender", Amphimon can make electromagnetic shield. With that, Kiyoshiro was saved in this episode.

Jellymon is so cool 🤩

So she becomes a tokusatsu heroine... lmao. I find it absolute cringe when Japanese speak so "stereotypical" "rapper English". It's just cringe.

It's a bit annoying Jellymon and Teslajellymon is a teenage gyaru, then evolve to start speaking Keigo, and now she starts speaking English, the personally is conflicting so badly

least they somewhat shared a design theme. i always looked at tethis as jelly maturing so to speak. But this thing looks like the devs didn't know what they wanted her [jelly] to do or be...

I really love Cthyllamon's design and personality!!! I know they're just the evil version of another Digimon, but there's something about them that makes their concept really appealing to me.

Now Jellymon has finally reached her ultimate form "Amphimon" and become a Tokusatsu hero, which is hilarious... her personality made me laugh.

You can expect 3 things from digimon partner , it either become mecha, dragon or furry .

It was really creepy episode, but Kiyoshiro shone again and save the day.

Oh, yeah, Amphimon finally debuted in Ghost Game.
Now, all three have mega forms.
Amphimon was amazing, and that little schemer Cthyllamon is seriously scary but he acted like a child after Amphimon beated him.
It was nice to see Submarimon, one of the best armor digimon. It would be nice that some of other armor digimon made appearance in this episode, but okay.
Some things never change - Espimon continues to be dumb, Cthyllamon of course doesn't know anything about The One. But, I think that we got plot progress, at least, for now.

Next episode has a title with christian symbolism - Resurrection. Vamdemon is coming back or, maybe, Phelesmon or Lady Devimon?
